My passion for movies goes back to my childhood. My mom worked as a projectionist at a local cinema, so many of my days as a kid were spent tagging along with her and sitting in one of the theaters while she worked. In fact, it wasn't until I was about six years old I realized she wasn't actually the person making the films but simply the one playing them for the crowd.

It's said there is one moment in childhood when the door opens and the future is let in. For me, that moment came when I saw Scream. It was the first time I paid attention to a specific film credit I had never even noticed before (written by Kevin Williamson), and it was the moment I realized one person made everything possible by simply having the idea to do it. And that's when I looked at my mom and said, "I want to write movies."

I've now written 7 produced short films with several more in production.

I'm most known for my micro-budget horror shorts, but I hope to expand that to original features. I'd say all of my ideas stem from one single objective: taking something ordinary and making it extraordinary. Think about how Scream changed answering the phone. My stories will change the way you look at running red lights, filing a noise complaint, or even just getting the hiccups.
