Hey everyone...

My name is Amobi Chukwuma. A screenwriter. I have a degree in Biochemistry from the university of Nigeria in Awka, Anambra state, Nigeria.

My passion lies in the fact that I love story telling. (Sometimes I tell myself stories if there is no one there. Don't tell anyone I told you that) And in all the ways to tell a story, I have found screenwriting to be the most amazing way. So, here I am.

So far, my journey has only been in Nollywood. I mean I have had a few success stories. Optioning my scripts like GUTSY GIRL, SO FAR AWAY and JUST SAY YES to different production companies in Nigeria and also writing a thing or two for different producers.

But right now, I know it is time to expand my horizon. I want to write stuff that connects cultures. African and Chinese or Nigerian and American or Nigerian and South Korea or the Igbo tribe and Hawaii. I have a few ideas.

Everyone is special. I don't have to tell you that but I always strive for one thing. UNIQUENESS and that is exactly what I offer in my scripts. I love scriptwriting. I love what I do. I always find a way to tell a story in the manner that is worth your time and all scripts you will find here under my name will be worth your time and resources.

Currently, I am doing what I do best. That is writing awesome stories. I get it. You want to know exactly what I'm working on right now. If I tell you, then I have to come back here and edit my bio each time I start working on something else.
