At my core, I am an artist trying to find my place in the world. I am in love with creating things with my hands and my mind. I am exploring the path of Film and TV directing.

I have enjoyed watching films at a young age. My earliest memories are going to my grandparents' house and we had a set of films we just had to watch every time we were there. Mortal Kombat, Nightmare on Elm Street, Idle Hands, Lake Placid, Titanic, Pokemon, Star Wars - Just to name a few.

My first experience with film production happened when I was in the 4th or 5th grade. I was hanging out with my sister and some of her friends and we decided to make a movie based off a story my sister's best friend was writing. From there I acquired my own camera and made my video projects and dabbled in Photography. I had been writing and drawing already before then.

My mother had encouraged me to pursue the arts and wanted me to go to this film program near where she lives but as a socially awkward autistic teenage, the change was frightening and I avoided the idea of seriously pursuing film directing. Fast forward several years, I took an internship program in Oakland for creative media, then a film production class at a Sacramento community college. Now I am in a place where I am can't not be working on getting more involved in film projects.

I consider myself new to film production but I hope to be a part of creating stories that have an impact on people, whether that is a thought-provoking mind-f*ck experience or a feel-good distraction from the struggles of the mundane.
