I believe that a writer has to be no less a craftsman than a fine artist or sculptor. The writer must pull a rough form of an idea from nowhere and spend time shaping it and molding it. The writer must spend time putting in the fine details and smoothing out the rough spots until it becomes something else entirely that can capture the imagination of the reader, producer and finally viewer.
I have been writing for over thirty years and have published two novels and written a screenplay for a television pilot. I am currently working on a screenplay for a feature-length drama and a novel, among other projects.
Although my scripts are listed "for sale" my shorter scripts are free to use for student or low-budget projects. Just contact me to let me know and be willing to give me writing credit. Prices for longer works are very negotiable and flexible depending on your projected budget. I'm more interested in seeing my work get made at any level of production than in getting paid for it.
