Martina’s wheelhouse is writing character-driven dramas and dramedies, often revolving around messed-up family dynamics, some of them with thriller elements - - let’s face it, who can resist a good car chase while falling in love with a troubled guy on the run?

Martina grew up in Munich and London, but now lives in the Los Angeles area. She came to screenwriting via a background in music. Some of her stories are influenced by having lived in three countries, playing bass and touring in rock bands and later coordinating recording projects for music producers and bands.

Martina’s scripts have placed in various top competitions, including finalist and semi-finalist placements.
