Born to a New York Show Business Family in 1952 my Grandfather first owned a celebrity restaurant called Moskowitz and Lupowitz on 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street. It was a popular eatery for Stage , Screen and Television personalities from the 1920's to the 1960's. My Father Max I Anzelowitz (ASCAP) was a talented musician and composer and played in local Big Bands in the 1940's and 1950's. My Uncle Hy Anzell(IMDB) was an actor an appeared in many Woody Allen movies. My cousin Gary Craig(IMDB) is also an actor, voice artist, Radio Disc Jockey as well as a member of Stage 32. That is my family. What about me? I am the first screenwriter. Having spent many years as an advertising copywriter, I finally turned my attention to writing screenplays. I currently have (2) copyrighted and they are posted on my profile page at Stage 32. My genres tend to lean towards"bringing the funny" as my muses are Woody Allen, Mel Brooks, and Billy Wilder. I also have first drafs of 22 other scripts that also include the genres of : Sci-Fi,Animation, Documentary & Drama. But, they say write what you love & know so I would rather make people laugh. That is my bio.
