Synopsis/Details

Queens, NYC. In the basement blood bank of Saint Lazarus Memorial Hospital, lab tech Ashton Boyd has built a side business supplying the city’s vampire underground with blood vials he keeps in his lunch cooler. His customers treat the place like a late-night bar, with favorite flavors, small talk, etiquette, and generous tips. It’s the perfect arrangement. Then one contaminated vial turns a regular customer feral. Within hours, a newly made vampire is loose in the ICU and the hospital is one bad decision away from a body count. By 6 AM, A.B. will have survived a mauling, an ICU outbreak, and a confrontation with the most dangerous predator in the borough. And after all that, he’s still somehow caught off guard when his coworker asks him on a date.
