Synopsis/Details
Jay Swift a 40-year-old CEO has a good time on Christmas Eve, it's a down day for The Jackson Corporation. Beauregard Jackson's ghost wakes him in the middle of the night. Beauregard shows Jay what he has been doing and what has been going on in The Corporation under Jay's watch. What Beauregard regards as waste and employee theft, Jay regards as necessary to keep with the time and good for employee morale.
Beauregard shows the future. He shows examples of people with ideal work ethics. The Corporation will go out of business unless Jay changes his management practices. Jay has no use for Beauregard's opinions.
Another Christmas Eve night Beauregard wakes Jay. The Company went under and Beauregard will haunt Jay every on every Christmas Eve.
