Synopsis/Details: 

In order to test a new super strain of coca plant, Agra-Tech pharmaceutical makes a covert deal with the top Colombian drug lord to test the plant in the hills of Columbia. The intent was to measure the strength of this plant in its natural environment and then have the plant destroyed. However, the ruthless drug lord had different plans.

Due to its genetic engineering of the plant, the usual method of processing it into cocaine does not work. So the daughter of a high-ranking executive of Agra-Tech is kidnapped in an attempt to extort him for the cocaine processing procedure in exchange for her life.

Not able to trust the US government, Agra-Techs executive employs the assistance of a once honored but now disgraced FBI detective whose past continues to haunt him. However, he knows Columbia and more importantly, he knows the drug Lord. It was this man who brought about his disgrace and downfall.

With a young girls life on the line, the FBI agent enlist the help of some unscrupulous characters to cross over into enemy lines, kill the drug Lord, destroy the plants, and make it back alive with the girl.
