Walker and Billy, who went to high school together, go out to dinner. Billy has a bit too much to drink, and Walker volunteers to drive him home. On the way home, Billy starts feeling sick, and his limbs stop working. Walker reveals that he has doped him. Walker takes him to an out-of-the-way wooded area, strips him down, and covers him with honey, birdseed, and bread crumbs.
Billy doesn't remember it, but he was horrible to Walker in high school, and Walker is now getting his revenge. He has turned Billy into a human bird feeder in an area where, for weeks, he has come every day to feed the wild animals. He knows they will come in the morning and make a sweet treat out of Billy. The drugs Billy took will shortly render him unable to speak. As the hungry animals peck and gnaw at him, he won't even be able to scream to relieve the pain.
Walker has covered all the angles: No evidence, fake hair and mustache, stolen car, burner phone. He is very pleased with himself. As Billy, with most of his voice gone, pleads for his life, Walker calmly turns and says, "Chirp, chirp."
