However, during a tour what, would be her 500th sale, mysterious occurences in the home begin driving away her potential buyers. Alyce, desperate for answers, seeks help from her husband Kevin, who leads her to the Central New York Ghost Hunters. The team, comprised of leader Nathan, and tech experts James and Andy met Alyce at the house where Nathan reveals to her what she's dealing with is a poltergeist, caused by her stress at work. Nathan gives Alyce two options to rid herself of the poltergeist, either sell the house, or give the house over to the bank, where they would mark it as a foreclosure. Alyce, determined to make her dreams of moving to Hawaii come true, continues on with her tours until she finally manages to close the sale with a prospective young couple. As the pair prepare to leave to Hawaii to celebrate, Alyce recieves a phone call that shakes her to her core, the homeowners backed out. Alyce, finding herself back at square one, decides to take revenge against the poltergeist and fills the house up with expensive furniture to lure in more buyers. Her plan seems to work, until the poltergeist starts a fire in the kitchen that chases Alyce's hopefuly couple away. Alyce, at her wits end, tries to give the house over to another broker, but she is quickly rejected by a snobby realtor and her sexy boyfriend. Alyce, playing her cards, phones in help from her friend and manager, Morgan and manages to get the snotty realtor to take the house. Alyce, now sure she's rid herself of the spirit, gives the vacation another shot with Kevin and the two fly down to Hawaii to enjoy a week alone. While the two bask in the sun, the snotty realtors' boyfriend, Harry, shows the house to a young family. All seems to go well, until it doesn't. Alyce eventually finds out what happened, flies back to New York and retakes possession of the house. She goes to Nathan for more help with a plan to lure out the poltergeist to try and make it leave. Nathan and his team arrive at the house, along with Noreen, their friend and medium and the five (minus Kevin who chooses to sit out) conduct a seance. It horrifically backfires, injuring James, and nearly consuming Alyce in a raging fire. However, Kevin arrives and manages to save Alyce before the house explodes like a bomb. With the poltergeist seemingly dead, one week later, Alyce returns to the Central New York Ghost Hunting team to thank them before leaving with Kevin on another vacation until she discovers, through some evidence captured by Nathan, that the poltergeist isn't done with them yet. The five race to Alyce's house, as Kevin discovers the poltergeist has laid a trap from in the form of toilet paper, strewn about the house, next to a fireplace, ready to ignite. Alyce and the team arrive in the knick of time and manage to save him as Noreen and Alyce, armed with rosaries, plants, and conviction, square off against the poltergeist for one last time. Alyce, realizing how much her workaholic nature has caused her to miss so much in life, including her daughter's graduation, she tells off the poltergeist, chooses her mental health, and tosses her prized possessions, her cell phone and laptop, into the flames, which kills the poltergeist. One week later, Alyce invites the ghost hunters and Noreen too another trip to Hawaii as her manager Morgan prepares Harry to take over for her in her place.

I am currently a Library Assistant working towards becoming an Archivist but my main passion is writing. My favorite genres to write are horrors and thrillers, especially with supernatural elements. I mostly write feature scripts but I have also done short ones, mainly when I started out. I am self taught and continue to learn more day by day as I go and strive to ensure that each of my scripts is polished and clean and meet my standards. While I recognize how hard it is for a script to get optioned and produced, I refuse to give up hope. Go to bio
