Jimmy and the Towering Tree

Featuring a journey of self-discovery, similar in feel to "The Polar Express," and magical vintage characters as in "Toy Story," "Jimmy and the Towering Tree" is a musical family-friendly adventure.

Facing their first Christmas after the death of their father, SAMANTHA, 12, tries in vain to stop her younger brother JIMMY, 10, from smashing their ornaments and ruining their Christmas memories. But when Jimmy breaks a magical snow globe, they find themselves shrunk down to tiny ornament size at the base of their Christmas tree. The ornaments, having come to life, help the children on a perilous journey to the top of the tree where the mystical STAR ANGEL must restore them to normal size before morning sunbeams transform them into permanent additions!
Meanwhile on the sparsely decorated "Empty Side," the evil pirate-head ornament, SCRIMSHAW, commands his army of damaged ornaments to expand his domain by sawing off more and more branches, making the journey upward even more dangerous! Abductions, rescues, a climactic battle, fabulous tap-dancing snowmen--plus a change of heart for Jimmy-- bring our heroes to the beautiful Star Angel, magical protector of the tree. Connected at last to the memories of the past, Jimmy resolves to be a faithful custodian to the precious ornaments. With that, the children are transformed back to their normal size in a blizzard of sparkles and find themselves under their tree in the beautiful sunlight of Christmas morning.
