When the Covid 19 pandemic begins, Grandpa Martin’s grandson Timmy and his sheltie puppy Sheila comes to stay at the family farm.

Trouble brews when Tick Arnett, fresh out of a penitentiary for the murder of Boomer Ratcliff, moves in down the road from the Martin farm with a money-making scheme to train pit bulls for dog fighting.

Lassie and Timmy break up Tick’s business venture, rescue Sheila, who has been stolen for dog bait, and save the pit bull puppy, Little Jaw, who is being trained to be a killer.
