Arch Forbes (40) does work at his cubicle, extremely focused. He's loud, outspoken, and lighthearted. He's a top-notch, dedicated hard worker. He works at a Fortune 500 company.

In the men's restroom, Arch tells jokes, making fun of someone in front of two employees. They laugh.

In the breakroom, a new employee named Richard Hyde (60s) eats a snack. He looks like a granddad. Arch Forbes (40) dances in, beyond excited about the promotion he's going to get today. A kind worker named Dakota Smart (40) enters, carrying a big pile of paperwork. She's a top-notch, dedicated hard worker like Arch.

Arch tells Richard that Mr. Hugo Bun - their boss, the CEO, and the President - is a terrible boss. Arch makes fun of Mr. Bun, including impersonating him in comical ways. Richard gets angrier and angrier as Arch makes fun of Mr. Bun. Dakota takes up for Mr. Bun, listing his strengths.
