Danny, an affable ex-marine, makes ends meet as a janitor in a school and a nightclub. Life is good until a bus load of kids are kidnapped by terrorists and he manages to rescue Tiffy, an 8 year old autistic girl who creates a language only she and her mom understand. A language built on quotes in movies. When mom dies in a car accident her dad, Nick, can’t communicate with her. Danny and Nick have to figure out her language before people die. An agent is sent to help, but she turns out to be a fox in the chicken coop. Danny’s fiancé is beheaded at a prisoner exchange – now it’s personal. Several horrifying terrorist acts appear unrelated but strategically draw resources away from the target, a next generation water plant. Danny and Nick evade terrorists as they try to figure out Tiffy clues. When there are no resources left near the water plant Danny and the task force leader have to take down the terrorists with no backup in sight.
