Synopsis/Details

The birthday party was going great! Mr. Spiffy, a clown in a plaid jumpsuit and dunce cap, was a big hit with the kids - doing all kinds of pratfalls and stunts.

The birthday boy's father congratulates his wife on getting this act for the party. She is confused, thinking he did so.

They watch the clown as he waves a magic wand all around the yard. In a large puff of smoke, Mr. Spiffy and all the kids vanish.
