King Aaluki is the ultimate dictator. a tyrant that shows no mercy, He keeps his country locked down as a prison, soldiers , informants who spy on the people are everywhere . Thi sis kingdom of fear that must be liberated. Thirty -six years old Prince Raad totally disagrees with his ruthless father on how the country should be run, and can't do anything about it. He is so different from his father, and possessing his mother's traits of kindness, compassion and love for the people. That trait seems to serve him very well on the international stage where he slowly starts gaining support.
He still has a way to go though and lacks the resolve to actually go against his father. The changes when he falls in love with his step mother, has an affair with her, leaves the royal palace to raise an army, but is caught in a storm and gets shipwrecked on a desolate island......so far.....this is the first forteen pages of a work in progress . It is inspired by William Shakespeare's play : Pericles Prince of Tyre.
