Synopsis:

Struggling to source enough legal material, James illegally quarries tons of petrified wood from the Petrified Forest National Park, unaware that the stones—believed to be the fossilized bones of ancient giants and demonic creatures—carry a deadly curse.

As James and his crew complete the mansion, Exavier, his pregnant wife, Lila, and his 13-year-old stepdaughter, Kaylee, move in, eager to start their new life. But the dream home quickly turns sinister. The petrified wood pulses with unnatural energy, shadows writhe within the walls, and Kaylee experiences chilling visions of monstrous figures. The family’s Jamaican cook senses evil and quits, followed by the entire house staff. Forced to hire locals, Exavier remains oblivious to the growing terror.
