Synopsis/Details: 

Montreal, Quebec. In Eau Claire, a hospital that experiments on kidnapped children, Ian Malone (6) tries to escape. Nurse Pierce catches Ian. Dr. Dawson punishes by locking him in a fridge for too long. Ian's ears suffer third-degree frostbite. Cut to 30 years later. Ian (36) is a deaf construction worker and the only survivor. The hospital, long abandoned by missing staff, is now an urban legend. Ian's boss orders a survey of Eau Claire to demolish the eyesore. When Ian arrives at Eau Claire with a diverse crew, he's shocked to discover the building is infested with zombified creature hands craving fresh blood, and they won't let anyone escape. Nurse Pierce, undead and more sadistic than ever, adds more threats to their lives. Ian's hold on his trauma begins to deteriorate as the line between human and monster vanishes.
