Synopsis/Details

STRAWBERRY is a dark psychological drama set in 1935–1945 Louisiana, following Selene Sullivan, a young maid working for the wealthy Wellington family.

Quiet and hardworking, Selene dreams of becoming an artist and building a life of her own. Her world changes when the family's patriarch dies and leaves her an unexpected inheritance, along with the means to finally pursue the future she has always dreamed of.

But the Wellington children have no intention of letting that happen.

As greed, control, and cruelty close in around her, Selene is pushed past every limit — and forced to decide how far she's willing to go to survive, and who she becomes in the process.

STRAWBERRY is a dark, character-driven story about survival, identity, trauma, and the cost of freedom.
