After a bank heist, a gang lay low in a small hotel in the West Country, but everything is not what it seems and the gang start to disappear one by one...
Synopsis/Details:

A bank heist movie with a seriously nasty horror twist, Succubus tells the story of a gang of robbers led by 'Pops', an aged criminal gang leader. The robbery is violent, nasty and not to the taste of gang member Bryan or his brother, Shaun. Pops right hand man, Jonah and the rest of the gang (Squirrel, Luger, and Lurch) are are a violent, nasty little bunch and not to be messed with. All of the customers and staff are brutally murdered, all except Stacey, who is taken hostage. She's in the wrong place at the wrong time.

After the robbery and their dramatic escape, the robbers lay low in Leannan House, an old family run hotel in Devon, England, run by two elderly and rather eccentric owners, Marie and Ulysses. But they have to keep their mouths shut and act normal so no as to alert the rest of the guests as to who they are or what they have done.

Things start to go wrong when one of the gang, the psychopathic and lunatic 'Squirrel' is found dead outside, hung from a tree. The gang start to blame each other but Pops assures the gang that they need to calm down.

Meanwhile, other hotel guests, including Kristin, the daughter of a writer that went missing in the local area more than twenty years ago, Jack and Linda, some visiting American tourists and Jaya and Beth, a young couple on their first dirty weekend away are also staying at the hotel.

Things start to go wrong and the guests, and the robbers are slowly dying one by one. Someone or something is killing them and it starts to look like the whole thing has been set up... but why and by who? And how is it possible that shortly before their deaths, each of the unfortunate victims is visited by the person they desire most, a person who seems to be able to hold them in thrall to her every want, a person that not not one of them can resist.

Succubus is a dark tale that starts in the vein of 'Snatch' and goes deeply south like From Dusk'Till Dawn. It's a dark, brutal, very sexy horror film, filled with great characters and a fantastic twist that will leave your head spinning - right until it comes off.

Horror at it's best, with a great bit of British flair and grit thrown in.

The Writer: David J. Keogh

I am a professional, award winning screenwriter. I love bringing characters to life and especially love writing real people in difficult situations where they have to fight against the odds. My first major screenplay, Cadeby, has been compared to Braveheart, whilst my second, Think Forward, has been compared to Harry Brown. My first feature film which I co-wrote and starred in, Destination Dewsbury, will be released in 2019. I am open to collaborative writing, working with producers and creatives and frankly, just love what I do. A number of my screenplays are currently in development. Go to bio
