Synopsis/Details

In 1996, fraternal twins Charlie and Johnny are separated at birth and raised in starkly different worlds. Fate brings them together at seventeen, forming a powerful friendship—unaware they share blood. After graduation, their paths violently diverge: Charlie joins the U.S. Marine Corps, while Johnny is absorbed into Philadelphia’s criminal underworld under mob boss Teddy Marchetti.
By 2012, Charlie is a hardened police officer in the city’s 15th District who secretly leads a vigilante crew to deliver justice beyond the law. Johnny has become Teddy’s most trusted lieutenant. When Charlie kills Teddy’s brother during a police chase, the mob declares open war—placing a green light on Charlie’s family.
In a tragic twist, Johnny—following orders and unaware of the truth—murders Charlie’s wife and children. Devastated, Charlie launches a relentless campaign to dismantle the Marchetti empire. He succeeds—but is betrayed and executed by Johnny himself.
Charlie survives and fakes his death, disappearing into the shadows, while Johnny ascends as the most powerful crime boss in the city. Two brothers. One city. Justice and power on a collision course.
