What I Loved

I loved how the date wasn't immediately exposed as an online dating service arrangement. The restaurant and apartment were left to the director's imagination (always a wise thing to do).
Liked the reveal of the girl's true nature (for a moment, I thought she was going to be a vampire, too), and the doctored bottle of beer.
The shelf full of Vampire skulls was a nice touch.

What I'd Love To See

Would love to see the "Continueds" disengaged (most screenwriting software programs can readily enable this to be done) because they cause a visual "speed bump" that a lot of people, including me, find annoying when you're reading.
Also, once you get inside the apartment, use "CONTINUOUS" and then as you move from place to place, a notification where you are, somewhat like a slug-line without the detail. e.i. - LIVING ROOM, HALLWAY, BATHROOM, etc.
Other than that, I still read this and loved it!
