After winning a war against Japan & INA(Indian national army Bose)at Indonesia Naval officers Bc Dutt,MK Khan,Madan Singh had returned to castle barrack at Bombay to meet their love lives,BC Dutt a Telegrafic rating revolt against Ill treatment & in equalities to Indian naval Ratings,Commander arthur King Bad Mouths Indians & jail Dutt on 8 feb 1946 Central Naval strike committee formed Mk khan as president & madan as secretary lead the revolt & hmis talwar was captured & Released bc dutt & others present their demands,Utilized Telegrafic communication skills they involve 78 ships & over 20000 naval officer in revolt,Even Royal Indian air force came to support,Students ,Mill workers started hartal in Bombay which spread across country, Clement atlee pm of Britain send Commander Godfley to thwart the uprising, Godfrey Bring in ship from south to surrender & attack Talwar, Army deployed at Gateway of india, Airforce ordered to Reach Bombay,Over 400 people died & more then 1500 injured in Bombay.
