8-Bit Bloodsport

Professional weightlifter Megaton only knows one thing: winning. Competition after competition, he smashes records left and right, monitoring every rep and heartbeat with every piece of modern technology available. Until, one day, he doesn’t win. He panics, he cheats…and he’s banned, forever. His career and life in ruins, Megaton stumbles upon an underground Atari 2600 eSports league and seeks to join it. One stipulation: he must give up his precious technology which monitors every aspect of his life, as they have a strict “no clothing or items post-1983” rule. He capitulates, but giving up his routine may prove to be disastrous considering his hidden background. After all, he still always wants to win no matter what – but so does everyone else he encounters!
