In March 1923, Crime Boss Wilson Grant hires World War I Veterans Nathan Stevens and Matthew Fox and their friend Dickson, a 19-Year-Old Rum-runner to retrieve Liquor from his stolen warehouse from a Gang called the Weston Street Gang.
Grant heads to the Warehouse with Nathan, Matthew and Dickson where they meet the warehouse Guard Crooks who said that one of two criminals he had captured an unnamed accomplice. Grant Begins to interrogate the unnamed Accomplice
After Interrogating the unnamed accomplice, He reveals the name Damon to Grant.
Nathan,Matthew and Crooks shoot the Accomplice to his death.After Receiving Payment, Dickson is instructed to retrieve the Stolen Liquor from Damon while Matthew and Nathan head to a secluded house where they both Ambush multiple members of Weston Street Gang members and fail to retrieve most of the liquor.
After Matthew burns the house down, Both Nathan and Matthew are ambushed and chased by 3 members of the Weston Street Gang. During the Shootout Chase, Matthew Disables the Weston Street Gang car with a Shotgun.
Later the same night, Damon enters his house but to his surprise is that Dickson was already in his house waiting for him. Dickson looks through a cabinet in Damon's house, then begins to look through his garden house to find Stolen Liquor. When Dickson heads back inside, He kills Damon and leaves his house.
Nathan, Matthew and Grant meet Dickson at the Front of Damon's house and lies about not finding the Liquor.Soon they get ambushed by another group of Weston Street gang members which results in a gunfight between them and leaves Matthew and Grant dead with Dickson Mortally wounded.
Dickson gives Nathan an Envelope which is covered in blood. Dickson then dies of his wounds which results in Nathan Grabbing a Tommy Gun and Shooting the other passengers of the Weston Street Gang car which results in Nathan accidentally killing a little girl.
Nathan then Flees from the scene and runs off into the night. He heads to a beach where the sun is rising and begins to regret what he had done only for Crooks to come up behind him and shoot him.Crooks himself walks off into the rising sun
Nathan then sits at the bottom of a pier, Bleeding from his wounds and dying while Receiving flashbacks when he fought in the Meuse Argonne offensive.
