A Flower and her Knight Episode 1 (Pilot)

SUMMARY OF THE PILOT EPISODE (THE QUEEN WITH NO FACE) In the year 4900 in a kingdom called Liodhus, Timmy (6) and his pregnant mother, Xylina (35) are collecting firewood in the woods when Timmy spots a strange blue mushroom growing on the ground. When he is about to pick it up, Xylina disappears and Timmy is left alone in the woods. The blue mushroom changes into a beautiful blue-gem-like alien flower and more blue flowers start growing and blossoming around the woods and snow fall down from the sky. He suddenly hears creepy eerie young girls’ voices whispering around him and he smells a lovely sweet heavenly scent in the air when a young faceless blue girl appears in front of him, wearing a white summer dress and is barefoot. She moves closer to him and touches Timmy’s cheek, he moves away from her and snarls at the girl, scaring her. The girl whispers in sadness “Let’s play hide and seek again Timothy,” and vanishes away, leaving her blue flowers still growing, covering the woods around him with their enchanting beauty. Timmy wondering how the strange girl knew his name, decides to search for his mother. He finds Xylina in the middle of the woods, her hands and feet covered by the blue flowers, growing out and blossoming from her skin. He calls out to her and when she turns towards him, he notices her eyes are dark and void like a demon. She starts removing her skin, lips, eyes and nose from her face with her fingernails and tells Timmy to bring the girl (the flower) to her so she can eat her. Timmy (13) suddenly wakes up in a chicken coop to his younger twin siblings throwing water at him, wishing him a happy 13th birthday. He chases after them and meets his older brother, Jason (16) on the way. Jason wishes him a happy birthday too, but also tells him about something important his father, Matt (38) will tell him at night. Timmy goes to the kitchen and meets Xylina who looks human this time. She reminds him to bring the strange girl to her if he won’t, she will eat him instead. On the way to the market, Timmy and Jason see a golden statue of a woman surrounded by six golden statues of young girls wearing gem-like flowers on their hair. They give their food and milk to the statues and Jason prays to them calling the statues: Hashina and her Flowers. Afterward, Jason tells Timmy he is getting married that weekend. Timmy meets his friends at the marketplace. He overhears farmers complaining about their crops and livestock dying a lot lately but he ignores them. He tells his friends about Jason getting married that weekend. His friends tell him their older siblings are also getting married the same weekend because the Cleansing is coming soon. Timmy asks them what is the Cleansing and they tell him that, only teenagers are supposed to know about the Cleansing and since he is 13 now, his father will tell him about it during nightfall. Out of nowhere, Timmy and his friends see red roses growing everywhere around the market, they even grew out from the animals’ feathers and furs. People rush to Queen Lily’s castle and see it is covered with red roses devouring all the flowers and plants around the Queen’s palace. They see Lord Jabal (41) and his 6 royal knights coming out from the castle together with Queen Lily (11) wearing a white veil, hiding her face from everybody’s sight. Two carriages arrive at the castle grounds, surrounded by red knights. Raisa (12), Queen of Roses steps out of one of the carriages and Lord Henry (42), Raisa’s father steps out of the other. They walk to Queen Lily and Lord Jabal, the two young queens kiss each other’s cheeks and Lord Jabal welcomes the visitors inside the castle. Inside the castle, Queen Lily avoids looking at Raisa’s eyes when they sit next to each other. Lord Henry tells Lord Jabal it is time for Queen Lily to choose her knight and find her Great Animal since the Cleansing is coming at the end of next month. Lord Jabal refuses and tells everybody that Queen Lily is not yet ready to choose a boy to become her knight. Raisa gets angry, changes into an old woman thorn-like creature, and tells Lord Jabal that the girl sitting next to her is an impostor because her scent is different from the real Queen Lily, her little sister. She orders Lord Jabal to show her the real Queen Lily but he only laughs and tells her that no one will ever see her as long as he is alive, especially Raisa. In the evening Timmy is at home taking care of his chickens and pigs when his family throws him a birthday party. After the party, Matt sits down with Timmy and tells him what the Cleansing really is. After every 30 years, on the last day of the year, the Earth cleans itself by killing all adult human beings and turning their bodies into fertilizers so that their children can use them on the plants to obtain food for themselves and their animals. Since the Cleansing is coming soon, all the plants and animals are slowly getting sick and dying as days pass by till the Cleansing arrives. A new era is coming soon for all the adults to die and children will rule the world after the Cleansing had taken place. In Queen Lily’s castle, Lord Jabal is walking alone in the corridor when he smells a familiar scent and sees his best friend, Sebastian (43), emerging from the wall. Sebastian tells him Lord Henry is right it is time for Queen Lily to choose a new knight since Lord Jabal won’t be there anymore to take care of her after the Cleansing. He proclaims one of his twin sons is interested in becoming her knight and he also asks for her hand in marriage. Lord Jabal refuses, saying he doesn’t want his daughter to interact with anybody in the kingdom, by doing this he is keeping everybody safe from her. Sebastian pleads with him and Lord Jabal says he will think about it but he doesn’t want to take any risk with her. When Sebastian leaves the corridor, Lord Jabal goes to an invisible space in the wall and enters a secret room that has a door, and a wardrobe and is filled with crystals sparkling diamond lilies growing inside the room. He opens the wardrobe and removes his armor, changing into a UPS uniform. He opens the door and says “It’s time to go back home and be with my Angel again.” He sighs sadly and enters a dark tunnel that takes him to another world/dimension where Queen Lily resides (She lives on Earth, in the year 2021).
