Synopsis/Details
Princess Adele has spent her life trying to meet royal expectations: be gracious, marry well, and one day rule. She’s engaged to Prince Christian, the ideal suitor approved by her father, the King of Norden. But Adele secretly doubts she’s ready, and fears her father does too. When Christian is accidentally kidnapped by Xanu, a clumsy but dangerous warlock, Adele defies orders and sets out to rescue him, hoping to prove she’s capable of leading. Encouraged by her sister Ella, and joined by the charming Prince John of Brightcrest, Adele’s journey forces her to question everything she thought she wanted, including what love really is. Back at the castle, Ella distracts the King to cover Adele’s absence. But as the days pass, the King begins training Ella to take the throne instead — believing she may be the better fit. As Adele travels deeper into magical lands and growing danger, Xanu and his sarcastic raven sidekick plot a twisted endgame. To save her kingdom, her family, and herself, Adele must face the warlock, challenge her father, and discover what kind of ruler and person she truly wants to be.

The Writer: David Schwartz

I'm a freelance script reader and screenwriter. I'm passionate about helping writers develop their craft and providing productive feedback that will help them get one step closer to their scripts being sold in the industry. I've written five features, most of them comedies, and I am also working on getting my foot in the door. One day, I'd love to get into directing and seeing my projects be brought to life. I feel that scripts need a message for audiences to walk away with. But that's just one element! Character development and an original concept are what make scripts shine! In addition to writing features, I've written some short films that are still being worked on. Go to bio
