Synopsis/Details
“All Alone” is a fine mix of “The Walking Dead” and “Stand By Me”. The story is about four childhood friends, Mya, Colton, Casey, and Joey in Blue Ridge, Georgia who discover a woman chained to a tree in the forest and quickly realize she’s a zombie. But no one knows how she got there. The kids go to the police and after twisting the truth a little they persuade two hard-nosed detectives, Detective Briggs and Detective Seals of the Missing Persons Bureau, to accompany them to the forest. When the detectives arrive they see no trace of a woman chained to a tree. Colton, Mya, Casey, and Joey are quickly labeled as troublemakers and are threatened to be taken to Juvenile Hall but they have a bigger problem. If they don’t convince the detectives and their town that a zombie is on the loose, thousands could become infected and trigger a zombie apocalypse. Detective Briggs and Detective Seals are assigned to a high profile case that involves a husband and wife team of virus hunters from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention only miles away in Atlanta, Georgia. The couple goes missing after a trip to Johannesburg, South Africa where they had been searching for the next deadly virus, coincidentally the same place where people start becoming infected by a mysterious virus days later. As the detectives start to piece together clues it becomes more and more apparent that the kids are telling the truth. But by the time everyone realizes the kids aren’t fabricating their story it’s too late. Now all alone, Colton, Mya, Casey, and Joey must figure out how they will survive the impending zombie apocalypse and more importantly, how to stop it.

The Writer: R. J. Halliburton

I have been writing for as long as I can remember but did not have the desire to write professionally until I graduated College. Since then I have written books, screenplays, short stories, and poems that have collected dust on shelves. Now I want my unique voice to be heard. My life experiences, which include law enforcement give me unique stories to tell in my own creative way. My journey so far has been inspiring but I want my impact on this industry to really inspire others. I think it is important for those who are blessed enough to make it to the top to not forget how they got there and where they were before life changed for them and always give back any way they can. God would have… Go to bio
