Synopsis/Details
An ageing, alcoholic ex goalkeeper is given one more chance of glory. 35 years after quitting the game Shep has a chance of proving to not only himself but his dead teenage sons that he ‘still has it’. Circumstances at the club where he once played mean they are on the verge of playing a cup final but lose their regular keeper to injury. They are unable to sign a new player. Could the portly man who now sweeps the dressing room floor be the one to save them?
