The Writer: Ed Willey
Growing up in the 80s and loving movies like Star Wars, Back to the Future, Indiana Jones and Ghostbusters, it wasn’t until age 39 Ed had the realization he wanted to make films, shortly before the pandemic hit in early 2020. Undeterred by the looming global crisis Ed immediately started planning his first short, which he shot on his phone with a little help from some friends. Ed has since attended MetFilm school, based at Ealing Studios, and has completed three short films as writer/director as well as 1st ADing on a number of others. Ed is now already in the planning/pre-production stages of two further short films and aspires to complete a low budget feature within the next 2-3 years. Go to bio
