A small town Doctor joins two teenagers atop a water tower when friends and neighbors begin to exhibit cannibalistic tendencies below. The last bulletin from the CDC stated that the cause was from genetically modified wheat products. Can our three survivors outlast the infected? Or is the fate of our heroes Kismet?
