Synopsis/Details
Black and White is an animated comedy series that follows the lives of Leeroy and Sissy Washington. An interracial couple who are partners on the police force and partners in life as they deal with the antics of their crazy families and work life. They have two kids together, a son named Piper who is a self-proclaimed black supremacist, and a daughter Becky, who skates through life oblivious to any injustices in the world.
When the Washington's move into Sissy's parent's neighborhood misunderstandings and chaos ensues as we meet characters like her cousin Redd, a proud redneck who lives across the street, and her ex-fiance who has selective amnesia. Stereotypes abound in this diverse world sometimes offensive and sometimes touching interactions occur as our characters navigate touchy subjects and learn to work together.
A heartfelt and hilarious show in a time when we could all use some humor when it comes to serious topics!
