I'm Darryl Allen. I'm a storyteller. Screenwriting is how I tell them. I didn't know that at first. I thought I would tell stories through Animation because I love drawing. One day as a kid, I channel-stumbled upon an animated movie, THE BRAVE LITTLE TOASTER; it changed my life. I found something most people never find naturally, their "Calling". I had to not draw, but WRITE stories. A notion solidified as I noticed that all movies don't tell a story that moves/touches you/your soul like The BLT did for me; I learned that there's definitely more hay than there are needles in the stack.
