Police detective Bill Carter is investigating the murder of rich man Yakubu Obede. The evidence includes gold earrings and hairpin marks on the pavement, but Bill's guess that the killer is a pirate is incorrect. After examining the archival data, Bill realizes that the killer is a woman who seduces the rich men and steals their money. To catch her, Bill plays the role of a rich man and meets a criminal - the beautiful Samantha. But Bill gets into the role too much and spends a lot of money on Samantha, receiving carnal pleasures in return. Samantha gets what she needs and shoots Bill. Thanks to a fluke and a biscuit, Bill survives and Samantha is detained by the police.
