When Bob dies suddenly, he finds himself in a classic "lost paperwork" situation. Except he is stuck sitting in Hell while he waits for it to be found. He must decide between waiting for the paperwork to be found or find his own way out. He makes a few friends as he learns the routine, and plans his escape. Small cast, average amount of sets. Lots of special effects if done live action. Could be pulled off in animation.
