Chained

Chained is a feature length drama with elements of of horror towards the end. It mainly takes place in Chicago but could easily be any major city. In my experience most drug movies show a slow, gradual demise into addiction which leads to imprisonment, prostitution, or death. These are all very likely fates of an addict but sometimes people don't last that long. With something like heroin all it takes is once to change or end your life. Bill is a unmotivated suburban kid who only cares about partying with his friends, until he meets his new loves. One is a pretty girl named Sara and the other one is heroin. Although Bill and Sarah come from perfectly normal households, with the loving parents, they have found that they are free to be themselves around each other under the the influence of the powerful drug. After a tragic event, Bill intends to keep a promise to Sara in a very disturbing way.
