Synopsis/Details:

On the outskirts of Bangkok, a bipolar crypto trader, a cunning Thai hustler, and an insect-whispering alcoholic collide in a comedic crime adventure.

Jay Dice, 30, a bipolar programmer, flips $10,000 into a million by trading crypto, and abandons his soul-crushing job in a manic rush. Soon after, a devastating hack zeroes out his account, triggering an episode. Desperate, he takes a shady crypto gig overseas in Thailand. He collides with Sonny, 25, a Thai local struggling to keep his failing DVD shop afloat while drowning in debt to loan sharks. After a botched pharmacy robbery, Sonny steals a drift car and cons his way into a translator role linked to Jay’s job, initially viewing the unstable American as an escape hatch.

The real alliance forms when they meet Cicada Man, an ex-doctor turned recluse, whose whistle has a hypnotizing effect on insects. Seeking redemption, Cicada Man joins forces with Jay and Sonny in an outlandish plan: rigging a $200,000 cricket-fighting tournament in a mob-controlled warehouse. Jay’s coding prowess, Sonny’s street smarts, and Cicada Man’s whistle power their scheme.

As betrayals unfold, trust crumbles, igniting a chaotic, blood-soaked confrontation. With their dreams of financial freedom hanging by a thread, the trio faces a gripping climax where survival hinges on outwitting both foes and allies alike.
