Crime Tax drama mystery thriller OVERVIEW Big City has a tax on crime to discourage its citizens from committing it, Small City does not. Each time a crime is committed the tax increases. What happens when a tax on crime ends up creating more clever criminals? And the greatest ones are creating the legislation? STORY Madeline has just killed her husband with scrambled eggs. The crime motive analyst has found no foul play, no murder, and absolves her of guilt. The crime tax stays as it is. Bick shoots three people dead at an exotic club and goes straight to prison. The city council decides to adopt a crime tax, all the while a secret task force already has been formed. EPISODES Each episode has a crime that is carefully and cleverly committed as a well as crimes that are violently and brutally conducted, all the while unraveling secrets of the crime tax.
