Synopsis/Details
A wedding video shot in a busy city park captures a time machine appearing out of nowhere. An unshaven, disheveled man stumbles out and passes an envelope to the closest park-goer. Running back to the machine, the man trips and face-plants into the ground. With a flash and bang the machine disappears. The time traveler hurries away from the park and the bewildered public. This wedding video is posted to the internet and goes viral, with millions and millions of views. Everyone has an opinion on the bizarre event that was captured. After a month without any proper debunking, even the FBI is paying attention. DARIA, a tough FBI agent, recovering from the recent drowning death of her sister, is tasked to track down the man from the viral video and uncover the truth. She is reluctant to investigate what she believes to be a hoax, but with some FBI tools and exceptional sleuthing, she’s able to track down KENT, a college science teacher. Daria soon discovers that not only is the time machine real, but Kent escaped the future zombie apocalypse and is helping PRESENT-DAY KENT to finish the present-day version of the time machine. Daria comes to grips with the fact that time travel is possible and now has real hope that she might see her younger sister again. She agrees to keep the time machine a secret and help the two Kents prevent the future zombie apocalypse. The trio pays a visit to DR. STILLMAN, a pharmaceutical scientist who is working on a drug to halt aging and disease. With help from Kent’s indisputable video documentation, recorded in the future, Daria and the two Kents convince Dr Stillman that his years of hard work on a manufactured virus are about to spawn a zombie apocalypse. Dr. Stillman is doubly shattered, as he was hoping to use his drug to save his wheelchair bound wife who is rapidly succumbing to cancer. Daria accompanies a crestfallen Dr. Stillman to his laboratory, where she witnesses him destroy and delete the entirety of his work. Daria jumps into the future with Future Kent and his glitchy time machine to ensure the future is fixed. Unfortunately the future is not fixed and Daria and Future Kent become trapped there. Even more unfortunate, the zombies in this altered future are faster and smarter and one zombie slingshots back into the present in the time machine and bites an FBI agent. Present Day Kent is able to kill the zombie FBI agent before he can spread the virus in the present, but the time machine is now broken. In the future, Daria and Future Kent become close as they battle zombies and find shelter for the night. In the morning things take a turn for the worse when Future Kent is attacked and bitten. Before the infection takes hold, Future Kent tells Daria she must find the future version of the time machine so she can jump back to the present and erase this disastrous future. Zombie Future Kent attacks Daria and she is forced to kill him. Daria, on her own in the zombie-infested future, confronts her future zombie self and must kill her before tracking down the future time machine in the city park. She manages to use the future version of the time machine to jump back to the present. Safely in the present, Daria and present-day Kent hurry to Dr. Stillman's home with the knowledge that Dr. Stillman’s attempted to fix his cancer-curing virus, only to create faster and stronger zombies. Now Daria and Kent must prevent the apocalypse without the use of time travel.

"I enjoyed it and I don't like Zombie movies. I thought it was entertaining and held my interest. I read it in one sitting. The action went on and on. Very good. That kept me on the edge of my seat."

“This is clearly a movie, and a movie I’d want to see. I’m not a big sci fi guy, so the fact that I enjoyed this as much as I did (and I really did!) says a lot.”

" ...I really loved the concept and would pay to see it in the theater."

“…excellent cinematic potential… …I can see audiences flocking to the theatres to see two popular sub-genres seamlessly merged into one.”
