Doctor Leviathan

Doctor Leviathan is a horror superhero movie that takes place in today's time in the year 2023. The movie begins with the news of a group of scientist and astronomers who have been observing a star billions of miles away that went nova and exploded. The scientist explain how the exploding star had not only exploded but bathed our part of the galaxy and our planet with a mysterious radiation that was unknown to the scientific community. The story then continues with news clips of people around the world becoming ill from radiation sickness caused by the exploding star. While the radiation illness is spreading around the world Doctor Leviathan begins to appear disguised as different people and begins to aid innocent people people during this world crisis. The news clips continue with the number of millions of patients suffering from radiation poisoning growing so large that there is not enough room in the hospitals. Hospital tents are built in city parks to help care for the patients and even parking garages are used to help the sick in this global medical emergency. The next part of the story begins with news clips of strange events happening with some of the patients suffering from the mysterious radiation poisoning. News reports are coming in from around the world of people who have not only suffered from the radiation sickness but were being mutated. Some of the patients were mutated into grotesque looking creatures with deformities and changes to their bodies. Others who were mutated developed mysterious abilities with the power to crush a thirteen story building with their bare hands or can move a hundred ton navy battle ship with just a thought from their mind. While these new mutations appear Doctor Leviathan steps up his efforts to defend and save the innocent as he faces ruthless Italian mobsters and also saves sinking ships in hurricane like weather. He dose this as the worlds law enforcement are busy tied up dealing with these new dangerous mutations. More and more of these new mutations start appearing around the world and cause much death and destruction as the radiation not only mutated them but also drives them mad. This part of the movie ends with news reports of the worlds military forces battling these new mutations and trying to contain them as they hunt them down. The next part of the story progresses thirty five years into the future. There mankind and these new evil mutations battle to coexist in this new world as these mutations plot and plan to rob , pillage or terrorize the innocent. The story moves to a building where a group of powerful criminals have kidnapped the daughter of a judge. They have kidnapped this judges daughter to get revenge on him for convicting three of their friends and having them executed. Their intentions are to televise the judges daughters torture and execution on live television as the judge watches. At this part of the story Doctor Leviathan appears disguised as the little girl and defeats the evil mutations who are about to execute her. The story ends with the little girl being saved by Doctor Leviathan who also hunts down the leader of the evil mutations named Siege and leaves him exiled in outer space. This movie can either be a stand alone movie or a cable or streaming television series.
