Amy doesn't know what to think when she awakens in a underground room, with only minuets to escape before being crushed. Then after having a run in with a bear and then a crocodile, she finally meets another human, Jason. With his help to calm her down after the shock on not remembering anything about herself, the pair work together to make their way onto a beach where many others are found just like them. Jason, along with other memory-lost teens Marcus, Connor and Selena, decide to head out into the island to see if they can find any other survivors. When returning they walk in with 3 others, 2 alive. The day passes when the teens awake the next morning to screaming from someone in the ocean. The survivor, Chris, is recused and brought to shore only to try and attack them with a knife, blaming each of them for his being there. Jason is quick to knock him out, every surprised by this new face. Once awaked and calmed down, Chris reveals he woke up on a ship alone that morning. With hope of finding a transmitter on the ship, Amy and her new friends set out to travel to the ship whilst Jason and another group head to a plane crash site from the same mission. Luck strikes Amy and her team for a transmitter, but Jason and his find a map instead. However, matters get worse when the team reunites only to be attacked by a Panther, causing Selena's back to be wounded. When infection starts to spread, everyone rushes to different places marked on the map in hopes of finding medicine to help Selena before she gets worse. Unknown to everyone else, Hanna and Marcus are captured by another group from the island. When their absence is noticed, Amy, Chris and Jesse head out to find them, only to be captured themselves. Thankfully, with come convincing, and seeing these people are the same as them, Karma and her team free Amy and her friends and decide to join them. A few days pass before Jason, Connor and Olly head out to a place they believe a radio tower to be. In their absence, Amy suffers a seizure as a memory flashes before her eyes. When pulled out, she is filled with fear. Despite wanting to be alone, Jesse takes her to a more private part of the island. On the other side of the island, Jason and his friends make it to a radio tower and successfully get their SOS out. It doesn't take long before they receive word that a boat is on their way to pick them up. However, their happiness doesn't last long. The teens realise that these people here to rescue them aren't really here to help. They were human traffickers. What came to be a fight to get off the island quickly became a fight to save their lives from getting taken from the island. When ambushed on the beach, the teens escape into the forest to a abandoned army base in the centre of the island. They wait and get ready to fight for their lives and freedom. The fighting lasts for days, jumping from the beach, to the forest to the very boat the traffickers used to get to the island. But the outcome of the battle ended in a way no one would of ever expected.

The Writer: Bethany Bolton

An aspiring writer with hopes of one day selling or directing my own tv series. When it comes to writing, I tend to think outside of the box. I like my work to be different, with many twists and turns for each of my characters. My writing may take its time, but that is for a good story line. I never rush to get a piece of work done. Every word, scene and movement has inspiration behind, from real life people to my own dreams. Go to bio
