Synopsis/Details
Chancer's drug smuggling operations intensify because of other gangsters he met in prison threatening him if deals cannot be made with cocain and heroin cargoes waiting to be shipped from Columbia and Turkey. Chancer swore he would never touch Charlie or Smack, so he made plans to free himself from the clutches of ruthless bent cops and gangsters. Corrupt policemen and these other groups of gangsters are cleverly outwitted by Chancer who set the groups against each other, which brings the story to a happy end with every one of the gangsters and bent cops lying dead together, incinerated in their own cars. Chancer's crew and wives sail off in their new luxury yacht, which is the start of new adventures on the high seas.
