Synopsis/Details
In a quiet home, little Rossie plays joyfully in the backyard, unaware of the storm brewing inside.
Her father, Louis, erupts in violent rage against her mother, Caroline, leaving both Rossie and
Caroline scarred by fear. When Louis drives away consumed by anger, fate intervenes — a
divine figure appears, and a sudden accident ends his life. Caroline learns the truth when the
phone rings, and her tears hold both grief and relief. At Louis’s funeral, the same divine figure
returns, reminding Caroline and Rossie that God’s will cannot be shaped by anger. The story
closes with a haunting moral: never promise in happiness, never decide in anger.
