Synopsis/Details
Ousted in a military Coup, two Traburan political leaders, Althea and Jaison, flee their planet and search for a new Homeworld. After 27.7 years in hibernation, they finally discover Earth aka Nador during Earth’s Late Palaeolithic Era and primitive man. After a hard landing, the two refugees settle in and explore. Their most prized possession is The Book of Althea, the unique recording machine of their invention that has been documenting their findings and research. 40,000 years later, The Book arrives in the 21st century, 2022, and into the hands of Mellessa Hughes, an unemployed writer.
The Book reveals its knowledge to Mellessa through dreams. She learns how Althea and Jaison mixed the DNA of early Neanderthals/Homo-Sapiens with their own and created three hybrid children for themselves. Those children went on to create future societies, their DNA merged with the human gene pool. Mellessa tries to share the weight of her sudden findings with four friends. But in the meantime, we meet the Traburan Scout, learn about stolen Palaeolithic bones, and get a taste of Book’s powers. In the end, the Book reveals itself to Mellessa and her compatriots.
