Synopsis/Details
In 1940, a Reykjavik shopkeeper and his wife, a US diplomat, a M15 agent, the Icelandic Prime Minister, converge on the Icelandic capital. Meanwhile, Alan Turing breaks the Enigma code. Prime Minister Medvik addresses the parliament. Fox newsreels show war events including the sinking of the battleship Bismarck. At a reunion of all 7 characters on a Princess Cruise ship in 2025, they each recount their past 50 years. The ship blows its horns and the characters cheer for the past, present and future.
