Synopsis/Details
A hospital in August, North Carolina, becomes a playground for a new deadly breed of virus. The patients and staff become ill one after another and become something else; something less human and more... cannibalistic. A handful of survivors must fight their way out of the nightmarish hospital and make their way through the city, which is overrun with infected. They encounter mobs of infected, bloodthirsty dogs, and the CDC, who want nothing more then to kill everyone and everything in the city. There seems to be no escaping the terror that has befallen August.
