Synopsis/Details
17-year-old Juno Calder is escaping a million things, but she can narrow it down to two: her family and the boredom that racks your body when you live in a nothing-much-happening small town. There is no greater escape for Juno than to run away and go to where she's always dreamed: California. In this coming of age film, Juno runs away and embarks on a cross-country train trip to California - where she expects herself to find fulfillment. Writing only postcards and letters to communicate with her mother, father, and brother at home, she is caught at a time in her life where adventure runs free in her blood, and the people that she meets on this journey will be written into her mind forever.
