Synopsis/Details
Ilma has made it! As a psychologist, she is part of the ten-person team that is the first to fly to Mars to prepare it for colonization. But she soon realizes that her qualifications are being questioned by other members of the mission. The circumstances of her predecessor's last-minute withdrawal are too mysterious, and the fact that her father's company is one of the sponsors of this multinational project also creates room for speculation. But she is determined to prove it to everyone this time! Once on Mars, disillusionment sets in: unusual acts of sabotage bring the entire mission to the brink of failure, and the question arises: who is responsible? Is there someone on the team who is playing the wrong game? Or is it an outside influence? On her own, Ilma sets out to find the missing assembly robot, unaware of the danger she is in. With a lot of luck, she manages to avert a fall into great depths, only to find and accidentally activate an ancient alien artifact that is part of an ancient interstellar transportation system.
