Synopsis/Details
Do our cognitive and scientific abilities hold enough power to comprehend what seems incomprehensible? Carlos is a scientist driven by his thirst for a Nobel Prize in Physics. He works at the Large Hadron Collider on the Franco-Swiss border, where he attempts to recreate the fundamental collision: the Big Bang, in search of the so-called "God Particle." However, the risk of the unknown has stalled the accelerator—and for good reason, as a single miscalculation could create a black hole. After suffering an accident and—dying?—Carlos finds himself in a new world, where he encounters God!? At least, that’s how this mysterious being introduces itself to our protagonist. This God is an evolutionist and seeks Carlos’s help in creating a black hole on Earth using his scientific expertise. Yet, this deity challenges, questions, and engages with all forms of faith—including Carlos’s own atheistic belief. The question remains: is this omnipotent, utterly ambivalent being the God Carlos has created or the God he deserves?
